Kupiłem gdy Merlin miał troszkę taniej i nie żałuję, choć w każdej cenie jest to zdzierstwo w biały dzień. Ale fani Beatlesów kupujący (jeszcze) płyty zarabiają chyba więcej niż średnia krajowa. Bez Beatlesów nie byłoby połowy muzyki rozrywkowej lat 70 i późniejszych. Cud, że aż tyle pomysłów mieli i tylu artystów zainspirowali, m.in. mój ukochany Yes. Nie oznacza to jednak, że wszystkie pozycje i utwory w zestawie są idealne - taki np. Biały Album jako pojedyncza płyta byłby znacznie lepszy. To jednak jest komplet wszystkich studyjnych albumów, brakuje może tylko Let It Be Naked, co jednak psułoby wspominkowy charakter wydawnictwa. Szkoda też, że nie zdecydowano się na odrobinę bonusów, ale do tego fan musi kupić Antologie... Przegladając dopracowane do ostatniego szczegółu wkładki marzę jednak tylko o tym, żeby jeszcze kiedyś dołożyć do tego box mono...

Jak powiedział Lechu - ceny spadają o sto procent. W tym zestawie oszałamiające bogactwo dźwięków - znanych i poznawanych na nowo. Co mnie w tym dziele odnowicielskim ujęło - to zmiany brzmienia na lepsze - ale bez nachalności i udziwniania - w końcu słucham ich kilkadziesiąt lat - i nadal coś się dzieje. No przyjemne bardzo zaskoczenie. Warte ceny i polecenia.
