How to buy
1. Find the items
Our store is divided into sections - books (książki), music (muzyka), movies (filmy), multimedia, toys (zabawki), electronics (elektronika), cosmetics (kosmetyki), sport and ebooks (ebooki).
There is a keyword search box on every page of our store. Write a title, or a word, or an author's/artist's name.
When you find an item, click the title or a scan of cover to see product's page with a detailed description.
Here you will find also information about a price and availability (how long it will take before we are able to send this item).
2. Place the order
When you want to order an item click "Dodaj do koszyka" (Add to shopping Cart) on the item's page. Once you have all items in your cart, click "Koszyk/Kasa" (Your shopping Cart).
You access the content of your shopping cart. Review all the items.
You can increase number of items (with the exception of ebooks), move an item to the buy later list - click "Przechowalnia", delete an item - click "Usuń".
In your shopping cart, there is also a summary of your order: number of items "Produkty:", how long will it take us to ship the order "Wysyłka", shipping method we propose "Dostawa:", but you can change it, and subtotal.
If you are ready to place an order, click "Dalej" (Do podsumowania) ("Proceed" (to acceptance)).
We will create your personal account - we ask you to choose a password, which from this time on, will allow you access the account. Using this password, you will be able to check on the delivery completion status of your order on the page History of Purchase, you also avoid having to re-enter your information after completing the form during your first visit.
Then you go through address pages.
Later we will ask you to choose payment method. You can pay by credit card, or by PayPal transfer (with the exception of ebooks). We authorize with purchase on-line. The purchase is credited to your card only at the moment that the order is sent. If You choose PayPal your account will be charged after authorization.
3. How long will you be waiting for?
There is an availability on every items page. That time claims how long it will take us to fill the order - from the moment you submit an order to the shipping out. To estimate the time you receive a package add availability and delivery time by post or by courier to your address. See delivery time for different countries. receipt of order = availability + delivery timeOrder completion times and delivery times include working days only.
Ebook orders are sent to the e-mail address page within 12 hours from the moment we get confirmation of payment from the authorization center. Then You can also download ebook from the "Twoje pliki" page.
